FAQs

Do I have to wear a helmet? Yes! We have helmets available to use with your rental e-bike in Park City, or you can bring your own.

Can I bring my own pedals? Yes! All of our rental bikes have flat pedals installed. If you love your pedals bring them...and remember your shoes too!

What if I get a flat? All of our bikes are equipped with a fix-it kit, so you can fix a flat on the fly or adjust your air pressure if needed. Note: a flat on the Ponto Go! bikes can be tricky to fix, so give us a call at (888) 611-2453 and we'll help!

What if I can't get back to the shop before you close at 6pm? You will be charged for an additional rental day.

Can I pick up or return a bike at a location other than PC? No. Our rental fleet currently lives at Park City. You can pick up and drop off rental e-bikes at our Park City store.

Can I rent for more than one day? Yes! Multi-day rentals are great. We do not currently offer multi-day or multi-bike pricing discounts.
