RC WILLEY FINANCING: In-Store Only
You can use your existing RC Willey credit account at all Bingham Cyclery locations. If you do not have an account, please visit your nearest RC Willey location and apply for one or fill out the application here and bring a printed copy of your confirmation information with you.
- Bingham Cyclery can offer up to Six Months “No Interest” as per RC Willey.
- Must verify two forms of customer identification with all RC Willey transactions (i.e., you must be the account holder to use this financing at Bingham Cyclery).
- RC Willey can be used to pay-off a layaway or special order but cannot be used for initial deposit, the product must leave the store as RC Willey credit is used.
- Minimum amount for Six Month No interest is $300 as per RC Willey. Minimum amount for financing is $300 as per Bingham Cyclery.

RC Willey Account Disclosure Statement and Security Agreement Update
Effective May 1, 2025
Dear RC Willey Cardholder. Your Account Disclosure Statement and Security Agreement which governs the use of your RC Willey account, currently states, under “RC WILLEY REPAYMENT PLANS:, paragraph (c) PROMOTIONAL DEFERRED INTEREST, MINIMUM PAYMENT PLANS (NI) [OAC]: Minimum purchase required. RC Willey may charge an administrative fee, added to your purchase, each time you use Promotional Plan financing. These plans require minimum monthly payments.”
Effective May 1, 2025, as authorized in the agreement, RC Willey may charge a transaction fee for each purchase financed using our deferred interest (no Interest) promotional plans on your RC Willey credit account. If assessed, this fee will be added to the purchase ticket as a transaction fee of up to $25.00 per use. Please refer to the Transaction Fees box of the Interest and Interest Charges table in the new Disclosure Agreement.

Bingham Cyclery LAYAWAY POLICY
We offer a short-term layaway option for customers:
20% down ($100 minimum).
Must be paid in full within 90 days.
Any layaway without payment in 90 days forfeits downpayment.
10% restocking fee on canceled layaways (excluding tax).
