SCHEDULE YOUR SERVICE
To give you more time to ride your bike, we schedule your service so you know exactly when to bring your bike in.
Drop off your bike by 6pm the day before your appointment (preferred), or by 11am on the day of.

ServiceS We Offer
We service all bicycle and most electric bicycle brands, with an emphasis on preventative maintenance, emergency repairs, and component upgrades.
When you bring your bike to us, a professional technician will evaluate your bike and discuss your options. All estimates are provided at no cost with no obligation to you.
To make it easy and economical for you to get your bike serviced, we've set up several analog and e-bike packages to meet your needs. You can add any a la carte service to any package as well!
Any new bike purchased through Bingham Cyclery comes with a free Basic Tune Up within 30 days of the bike purchase.
SAFETY CHECK
Best for kids' bikes, bikes you have assembled, a bike you have purchased elsewhere, or a bike you haven't ridden in a very long time.
This service ensures a bike is safe to ride or will give recommendations for additional services need.
BASIC Tune
The Basic Tune covers all of the most commonly needed adjustments.
Recommended at least yearly for any bike, but those who ride frequently might need a Basic Tune more often.
ANNUAL TUNe
Recommended at least yearly for any bike, if you ride a lot in all conditions. This package provides the most thorough tune-up and cleaning.

Let us box your bike safely for you, using professional packing methods.
We utilize BikeFlights to ship your ride from our store to wherever it needs to go.
You are responsible for shipping costs and insurance.
Bike Build
Whether you're buying a bike online, shipping it home from vacation, or receiving it from someone else, we'll unbox it and have our professional mechanics build it for you.
Ship your bike directly to one of our locations, or swing by with the boxed bike for us to build for you.

What are E-Bike Battery Best Practices?
E-bikes and the batteries that power them are safe when properly used and maintained. Make sure you have the Owner’s Manual and any additional literature supplied with the e-bike. In coordination with the National Bicycle Dealers Association, we encourage adherence to the following guidelines to ensure maximum safety, utility, and life of your new e-bike and its amazing power pack.
WHAT CAN I DO WITH MY OLD E-BIkE Battery?
Like most components on your bike, an electric bike battery will eventually wear out, not hold a charge, and need to be replaced. It's important to properly dispose of your old battery, and that's why we work with Call2Recycle to safely and responsibly recycle batteries!
When you purchase any new e-bike from us, we charge a $15 battery recycling fee to encourage you to return that battery back at the end of its life. You can also recycle batteries from bikes you didn't purchase from us for $15 each. This fee covers the safe packaging, shipping, and processing of your battery.
