Bingham Cyclery — Shipping Policy

Overview
We ship parts, accessories, apparel, nutrition, and gear throughout the United States. Bikes and e-bikes are purchased and picked up in-store only — please see below.

Bikes & E-Bikes: In-Store Pickup
We do not ship complete bicycles or e-bikes. Every bike we sell is professionally assembled, safety-inspected, and fitted by our certified technicians before you ride. Bikes and e-bikes purchased in person or online are available for pickup at the Bingham Cyclery location of your choice — Park City, Sandy, or Sugar House. If you purchase a bike online, we'll contact you to arrange pickup, fitting, and final setup. Please note that certain items cannot be shipped due to carrier hazardous-materials regulations, including e-bike batteries; these are available in-store only.

Order Processing
Orders for shippable items are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after processing, depending on your location and the option selected at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays.

Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. All applicable costs are shown before you complete your purchase.

Shipping Area
We currently ship within the [contiguous United States]. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Free In-Store Pickup
Free pickup is available at all three locations for eligible items. We'll email you when your order is ready. Please bring a photo ID and your order confirmation. Orders are held for 14 days.

Order Tracking
A tracking number is emailed when your order ships; please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Shipments
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item arrives damaged, is missing, or is incorrect, contact us within 7 days at sales@binghamcyclery.com with your order number and photos, and we'll make it right.

Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address; reshipment may incur additional cost.
