Shipping & Return Policies
- Military Discounts with current military ID for in store purchases
- 10% off, excludes bikes, car racks, GPS computers, kid carriers, and special order items
- 20% down ($100 minimum)
- Must be paid in full within 90 days.
- Receipts without payment in 6 months forfeit down payment.
- 10% of totals sales on cancelled layaways (excluding tax)
SPECIAL ORDER POLICY
- All special order bikes and equipment must be paid in full prior to order. Exceptions include backorder items which require a 20% deposit.
- Deposits are refundable with a 5% processing fee.
- Special orders can only be made in-store or online. No phone orders.
- Expedited orders must pay freight charges.
- No returns/refunds. All SALES are final on shipped items.
- Due to a high volume of orders, please wait until we call or text you to confirm your order is ready for pickup. Thank you.
- Time: Must Have ORIGINAL receipt and be within 30 days of original purchase.
- Method of Refund:
- Returns will be given only in the way paid for (e.g., credit for credit card).
- Exchange or store-credit will be offered in instances when no receipt is available.
- Cash refunds made only if amount is under $50. Large cash amounts will be mailed by check from our Administrative office once original check has cleared.
- Sales on sale priced items are final no returns. Exchanges are permitted.
- Product Condition: All products must be returned new and in condition to resell. Tags and original packaging required.
- Sale/Clearance Items: Sales are final, exchanges for different sizes are permitted.

- Charges: 10% restocking fee on bicycles. Customer is responsible for any shipping costs related to the return.
